NETANYAHU ENDORSE HATEMONGER MIKE EVANS

I cannot say that I am shocked to wake up on Sunday, turn on the television and to see a religious zealot saying pretty crazy things. That is to be expected.

A religious zealot of some sort, Mike Evans, was telling us that Israel and the United States are in some sort of holy alliance blessed by god and that we have to send him, Evans a lot of money to strengthen Israel. He said it was all about getting together and praying that some holy war with Islam be successful. Sunday morning in America!

I was unhappy to see that the current Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, and a previous one, P. M. Ehud Olmert, are endorsing what is being publicized as a National Prayer Campaign, but which, when examined more closely, is more of a national campaign meant to maximize fear of Islam, Palestinians, Iranians, liberals and Jimmy Carter. These various enemies of God are supposed to be hated and opposed. Evans calls it prayer.

Televangelist and extremist author Mike Evans repeatedly made appeals for various sums of money, fifty dollars for a pretty piece of paper, a hundred dollars for a book Mike Evans wrote about Jimmy Carter and the "liberal-left". Then you get an authentic silver clad shofar if you chip in a thousand dollars. What is the money for? To strenthen Israel Evans says.

They say it is part of a national prayer campaign, but so far they seem to be praying mainly for contributions in exchange for things such as an "authentic shofar". The whole campaign is based on exactly the same theology as has been warned about by this blogger and countless others, those who think there is some sort of "spiritual warfare" going on.

However, the appeal is really political because the idea is promulgated that the United States is blessed by God because the United States is a friend of Israel and that if there is any change in this relationship that Netanyahu, Olmert and Evans don't like then God will take away His divine blessing on the United States. So we are told we must oppose any thought of returning even part of Jerusalem to the Palestinians or God will get pissed and basically s--t all over us!

Of course this "third wave" of evangelical nonsense is what Sarah Palin is all about
and Mike Evans openly panders to those who have autographed copies of his book JIMMY CARTER: The Liberal Left and World Chaos. So even though Sunday school teacher Carter has been out of office for thirty years he is the person specifically targeted by Netanyahu, Olmert and Evans as something of a courier for Hell itself!

Yes, even if the Christians that Evans and Netanyahu through Evans, are not exactly ready to buy an authentic fake shofar and identifiy as "play Jews" themselves they should be afraid we are told. Why. Because if we don't support Israel in this way or that then God will withdraw his alleged blessing on the United States of America.
How do we know about this nation specific blessing? Because Evans tells us that a specific passage in the Bible means that if we don't do what Netanyahu and the West Bank settlers want then God will curse the United States. If Jerusalem is divided in some peace agreement between the Israelis and Palestinians then God will not bless the United States any more. Can you believe that millions of Americans buy this hogwash?

Yes, Evans, Netanyahu and Olmert are using a rather thin veneer of so-called religion to sell religious trinkets the way the Catholic priests used to sell dispensations and then say this is about religion rather than economics and politics.

In addition to demanding that Jerusalem not be divided in a peace agreement there is the clear object of attacking and discrediting Nobel Prize winner Jimmy Carter. Carter is being demonized because he allegedly ushered in the Khomeini regime, a big lie that Evans expands on in his writings. This will come as a surprise to those who remember Carters strong support for the Shah!

So the real target is Iran and Israeli leaders and their American fifth column in this third wave movement want to justify, encourage and support a massive military attack on Iran. Iran is supposedly the focus of all evil in the world today and Evans even conflates Shia Islam with Sunni Islam and of course to him all Islam is terrorist Islam
